Pure As...

Not as the driven snow. But pure.
This morning's snowfall was soft and feathery,
Big, fat visible flakes that stacked one on top of the other.

In an hour, they were gone. Invisible.
Wet wood all around.
Spring must be here!

Ahhh, it's so lovely. Not that spring isn't beautiful but July with her hot days will come soon enough. I love snow, whenever it falls, even when it's not driven.

Hello Becky,

It is lovely seeing this type of snow. I am sure you are happy that Spring is on the way.
In Ireland it is spring like and the flowers are in bloom. I adore this time of year.
We are off to Provence tomorrow. Looking forward to being there.

I call it soapflake snow. Does anybody use soapflakes in their laundry anymore?

At any rate, your deck chairs are exquisite. Perhaps I think so because they look just like mine. Smile. Last year, I didn't put them away for the winter and woke one morning to find a six inch feather cushion of snow on the seats. Think how lovely it would have been in the rancid heat of summer to sit on those cushions of snow. Alas, also like yours, they melted.
