Guilt-Free Pleasures

 Packaging.
 Sometimes presentation is everything.
The gift bag a bottle came in, far left, was worth saving~~the wine, not so much.
The silver bottle in the spirits store was too beautiful to resist.
And the tequila bottle, far right ?
I just want to look at it.

"Still Life with Bottles" atop my refrigerator.

Wouldn't Cezanne be proud of you with your Still Life Bottles! I love a kitchen still life and this one is beautiful. Very nicely composed, Becky.

The still life is perfect and the saying on the bag is pure truth!

I know that feeling. I bought two, footed glass jars of mustard just so I could use the beautiful jars when the mustard was gone. We don't eat a lot of mustard so, months later, I am still waiting for it go bad or disappear.

You always make me smile.

I wonder if we look better on the outside than what God sees on the inside???
