everyday wonders + simple enchantments of daily life
+ good things to do + adapting a bit of the serene life of ancient abbeys to modern life at home
What an incredible view.
And the galley is still green ...
WOW...one of the most breathtaking pictures I've ever seen in my entire life.
Oh, what a magical place! I would kiss it, too. (How is your recovery from the oral surgery coming along?)
Leslie, to answer your question...I'm doing alright. Had a setback that added a week to the soft-food eating...a spraining of the chewing mechanism. But I think the healing is happening a small increment at a time...they said it would take 8 weeks and I can hope that the Prolia injections won't turn up with extra bone growth. Wisdom tooth extraction at 70 is NOT GOOD! Get it done when you're young :)
Becky, I'm so sorry you're experiencing such pain from oral surgery. I did not have it done when I was young and they're just going to have to stay impacted now.But glory be, what a picture you have here and the Rupert Brooke lines to go with it! A lovely gift for my day and I hope better days ahead for you soon.
Oh girlfriend, I didn't know you had surgery...poor thing. and yikes..I still have my wisdom teeth. hope you're better soon.I thought you were gonna say you were AT that place where the image is!! Gorgeous
I am guessing Switzerland?Sorry to hear of a complication with oral surgery. Fondly,Glenda
OOOF so sorry about the mouth pain! No fun indeed. Beatiful scenery. I was thinking SwitZ or Northern Italy. But Imagine it may be here in the US. Do tell!
Glenda and Linda,We were in northern Italy...
Whoa! How gorgeous is that! Thanks for sharing.
