Blue Skies over Bishop's Drive

We're back in our summer condo amidst nesting birds and ducks on the pond.
It seems that the Mallards have multiplied...their kids are having kids
and they're loving life among the cattails.

Shocking, though, are the temperatures.
Last night: 36. Today, although it is sunny it's 48 degrees Farenheit.
We're promised 71 degrees for Saturday~~perfect for watching Hunter's
baseball games and attending Landon's backyard birthday party.

Think of all the heat and humidity you'll be missing...
On the other hand, the entire nation is experiencing drastic changes; we may all have to keep moving.
Enjoy the baseball games; cool or not.

Oh ... I'm envious. My dream vacation right now is Antarctica! What I would give to need a sweater. My work right now is 80 degrees in the teaching room and that is with the AC. (It was 102 yesterday) I'm trying to imagine I'm in Hawaii. ;)

It was 29 F here this morning. I think we're a bit north of you. Enjoy spring's tardy arrival.

It's been colder than normal here in KY the past two days as well. But honestly I really like it. I am a cool-weather person for sure. Love that photo. Have a great weekend :)

Hope you enjoyed the birthday boy's party! It's my turn on Wednesday and we took a weekend break as part of an early celebration treat.
