It's early in the morning on the Orange River in Fort Myers, Florida
and I've come to Blossom's for a cup of coffee.
The river is steamy like the coffee. Misty. Mysterious. Reflective.
A few states north, tornadoes have torn up the landscape.
I wish them peace.
Like a river.

Tornado season is upon us. I pray for protection for all of us ... and peace like a river, for sure.

Absolutely a place for peace and contemplation.
There's no place I'd rather be than by the water.
Between the school shooting incident and the tornadoes, Ohioans could use 'peace like a river' as long as that river doesn't flood! (We're in flooding season now in my area.)
