TABLE GRACE: October Centerpiece

Pumpkins, pure and simple.
White pumpkins...signs of the ghostly season.
A seashell or two.
Asparagus fern that's going to seed.
Roasted pumpkin seeds, pistachios, and white-covered raisins.
+ + +
Shafts of late afternoon light shift across the room as the sun goes down.
The table is ready.

I'll be there soon Becky!!!

I love seeing all these white pumpkins in blogland.. I've never actually seen one in australia.. not sure if that is because we don't have them.. or I don't shop in the right places.. hahaha

Love the little mix you have here... particularly the starfish.. after all.. your autumn is still graced with the sea and sunshine...

Have a lovely week... and thanks for your sweet comments.. xxx Julie

I've never seen a real life white pumpkin either, and I'll be right there for dinner so long as I can sit beside Julie...

Where did the orange go? How did they get the orange out of pumpkin? Pumpkin is a shade of orange, you know....they are like albino pumpkins! Beautiful in their odd, pale white....ghost pumpkins for Halloween?.....perfect for a spooky pumpkin patch......

Hard to find white pumpkins, but so delightfully serene, though ghostly.

This is certainly a graceful setting, just the right curves offset by just right lines and angles, tied together with color. Beautiful!

You are right, all the mushrooms in my post were photographed on family property. It's not all specifically my husband's and mine, but it does all belong to one or another member of his family!
Blessings!

A beautiful table setting and white pumpkins are so unusual. I've never seen any, but suddenly they are a talking point here in the UK so I shall look out for them.
